After completing his culinary education, Chef Daniel Lee embarked on a journey across the United States, gaining valuable experience in various regions. He worked in Virginia (VA), Washington, D.C. (D.C.), California (CA), and most recently, Houston, Texas (TX), where he spent almost three years as a sushi chef at Uchi. This tenure allowed him to specialize in the art of sushi and develop a deep understanding of Japanese cuisine.
